Your Tasks
- Primary contact person work
- Support and accompaniment of young patients in the inpatient context
- Leading internal ward group offers & activities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the core and treatment team
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
- Collaboration with relatives, authorities, as well as internal and external specialists
- Action in psychiatric emergency situations
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF, FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
- Experience in the field of psychiatry and working with adolescents and young adults is desirable
- Independent work, high reliability
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Resilient, sociable, constructive, and empathetic personality
- Team player
