1 - 2 members for the management sought As an integration company with around 120 employees, we provide services in the areas of cleaning, gardening, maintenance, mobility/logistics on an ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable basis. We offer our employees with and without disabilities progressive workplaces and/or training on behalf of the disability insurance. We live a certified business model that consciously connects ecological, economic, and social sustainability. Our employees work with careful use of ecological products and apply microfiber cleaning technology. In order for Oeko Service GmbH to provide these services and be prepared for the future, many people are involved. Do you want to contribute? We are looking for 1-2 additional people for the management (board of the GmbH) who are willing to engage from January 2026. In addition to the competencies of the current members, we are particularly looking for expertise and experience in the following areas: logistics (fulfillment), marketing, digitalization. Personnel diversity is of utmost importance to us. In this current job posting, we are therefore particularly addressing women and people with disabilities and impairments. As a member of the management, you will typically participate in about 5 management meetings and a full-day retreat. The meetings take place in the afternoon. The activity will be moderately compensated.
