The HFR Riaz Emergency Unit is recognized as a postgraduate training establishment in category II by the ISFM. It takes care of outpatient patients with or without appointments. We work closely with family doctors within a medical center, ensuring continuity of care. The Riaz site offers a wide range of specialized consultations, as well as inpatient services in geriatrics and pulmonary rehabilitation, allowing for good multidisciplinary collaboration.
The position of manager at the Riaz Emergency Department is appreciated for its good working conditions in a human-sized structure, offering a friendly and collaborative environment. It involves supervising and mentoring a team of about ten assistant doctors and chief residents in postgraduate training, as well as conducting outpatient consultations. As a manager, responsibilities for continuing education and project development for the unit will also be part of your work in collaboration with the head physician of the unit and the managers of the nursing team.

Your mission:
- Ensure quality care for patients.
- Participate in training and closely supervise chief residents, assistant doctors, and medical students.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the emergency department.
Your profile:
- Holder of a specialist title in general internal medicine or equivalent with a strong interest in primary care medicine.
- Fluency in French.
- Dynamic, open, and collegial personality, with an initiative spirit.
