Customer Service Clerk 80-100%
Temporary until further notice - with option for permanent employment 

For quick decision makers:

• You process and forward phone calls and emails including customer inquiries and take care of complaint management.
• You receive telephone and electronic registrations for care as well as housekeeping & support, including handling partly complex inquiries from doctors and other institutions.
• You conduct telephone preliminary clarifications for nursing and housekeeping assignments, including questions on topics such as financing, medical orders, and tariffs.
• You maintain and manage customer files and records via Excel and Nexus.
• You take care of system maintenance of customer and organization master data.
• You take care of receiving visitors.

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial or nursing/medical field, as well as several years of professional experience.
• You work independently and responsibly.
• You are a motivated and assertive personality with excellent organizational skills.
  
• You communicate confidently in German - both spoken and written. Foreign languages are welcome.
