The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in the Metalli shopping center in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi on-site in a relaxed atmosphere with a terrace. In addition, the team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers plenty of space for numerous visitors.

Your versatile tasks:

• You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a great time with us 🥳

• As a leader, you keep our service team together and steer everyone towards success 🚀

• Quality is no compromise for you and you take responsibility with pride 📖

• Closings, inventories, and the like? You have an overview and handle it easily 📊

• New colleagues? You introduce them and get them ready for service 🙌

Your talents & experience:

• You love working with guests and making their lives more colorful 🍹

• You have a basic gastronomy education or something comparable under your belt 🎓

• Work experience? Of course, you have a few years under your belt and bring skills 💼

• Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better 🚀

• Technology does not scare you: you have PC skills and are familiar with digital tools 💻
