• Lead electrical installation teams as well as diverse projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial sectors
• Coordinate work with construction management, suppliers, and craftsmen from other trades
• Carry out new installations, maintenance work, and repairs
• Pass on expertise specifically to employees and apprentices

• Completed basic training as an electrician EFZ, installation electrician EFZ, or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Several years of professional experience and preferably leadership experience
• Good IT application skills (Microsoft 365 etc.)
• Very good German skills (spoken & written)
• Category B driving license
