These are your tasks

• You are responsible for optimal and individual care of the residents
• You promote, challenge, and develop your team
• You are part of the management team for care and support and involved in the overall development of the young company
• You shape the structure and organization of your residential group and ensure a positive atmosphere
• You are responsible for scheduling and maintaining good contact with relatives
