Project Manager Engineer in Environment 60-100%

The Energy Solutions Management develops comprehensive offers combining consulting, design, execution, maintenance, and operation. It is also the single point of entry for major projects, energy efficiency and automation, electrical engineering, facility management, and innovation.
As a reference person, you will be the privileged contact for municipal, cantonal, and federal administrations, while ensuring the follow-up of external environmental offices and coordinating the various specialists involved.
Mission :
- Manage environmental projects related to hydraulic and electrical infrastructures (sediment remediation, locks, fish migration, soil monitoring, etc.);
- Write specifications, launch calls for tenders, analyze proposals, and prepare award decisions for environmental mandates;
- Ensure the follow-up of environmental mandates and coordinate engineering offices as well as impact studies and compensation measures;
- Prepare funding requests with authorities and lead information sessions with municipalities, cantons, FOEN, and other stakeholders;
- Propose and implement solutions offering the best balance between environmental gain and investment.
Profile :
- Degree in environmental sciences engineering (HES/EPF) or equivalent training, with proven experience in managing environmental projects and authorization procedures;
- Excellent environmental knowledge with a multidisciplinary approach (fauna, flora, aquatic and forest environments, birdlife, soil science, etc.);
- Knowledge in soil science and soil report preparation is a plus.
- Experience in fieldwork and ease in communication with administrations, engineering offices, and companies;
- Proficiency in MS Office and GIS tools, good knowledge of Swiss environmental legislation;
- Strong personal skills: planning, organization, sense of responsibility, autonomy, creativity, listening, analytical and synthesis skills.
