Your mission
- Optimization of resources, materials, and supplies.
- Maintenance of equipment and complaint management.
- Supervision of interns, apprentices, and newcomers.
- Participation in institutional projects. Cleaning, maintenance of premises, laundry management.
- Preparation of conference rooms, maintenance of beds and stretchers.
- Effective communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
- Participation in meetings and conferences.
- Monitoring training and updating skills.
- Contribution to continuous improvement.
- Adherence to good practices and institutional guidelines.
- Respect for hierarchical channels for decisions.
Your assets
You demonstrate great versatility and are able to manage varied tasks, ranging from maintenance to patient service, ensuring remarkable adaptability. You have solid management skills, particularly in resource optimization as well as complaint and equipment management.
Your ability to train and effectively integrate new collaborators and interns strengthens your supervisory skills. Furthermore, you possess manual skills allowing you to perform various small repairs (wheel changes, motor disassembly, etc.), thus contributing to the smooth operation of the bed center, complementing your cleaning skills.
