As a member of our service team, you ensure that crane systems and lifting equipment run flawlessly at our customers’ sites. Every day brings different tasks, different systems, and challenges. We look forward to your commitment and ideas in supporting our customers in the Greater Solothurn/Biel/Bern area. Experienced professionals are just as welcome here as career changers or newcomers. You will start with thorough onboarding by experienced colleagues in your region and product training through our European training center.
Your tasks:
- Increasingly independently ensure the operational readiness of crane systems and lifting equipment at our customers’ sites
- Problem analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of crane systems and lifting equipment. You will be supported by your team and our innovative Industry 4.0 applications
- Independently carry out service assignments in your region
- Create maintenance records and service reports
- Competent, service- and solution-oriented customer consulting
Your profile:
- Completed technical training, e.g., as electrician, mechatronics technician, automation technician, mechanic
- Authorization for installation work on special systems according to NIV or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: industrial electronics, control technology, drive technology and/or frequency converters
- Committed, able to work at heights, and in possession of a valid driver’s license for passenger cars
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
