Head of Civil Status and Funeral Services Department (80 - 100%)
This is your job:
- Organizational, professional, and personnel management of the Civil Status and Funeral Services Department
- Certifying personal data, civil status events, as well as court and administrative decisions
- Advising customers at the counter and on the phone
- Conducting marriage preparation procedures and weddings
- Issuing civil status office documents
- Conducting funeral discussions and organizing funerals
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably in administration
- Federal specialist certificate for civil status officers
- Several years of professional experience in civil status matters
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy, and resilience
- Enjoyment in contact with people in all life situations
