We are the bank of Helvetia – an innovative financial services provider that intelligently combines banking and insurance. Setting new standards together and shaping the future means more to us than simply completing tasks. Here you work with people who take responsibility, have high standards, and have the courage to explore new paths. With us, you will find an environment where trust and performance go hand in hand, and your ideas, initiative, and contribution count. This gives you the opportunity to truly make a difference for our customers, your team, and your personal development.
What you achieve
Embedded within the Helvetia Group, our 30-member team consolidates the physical and digital customer advisory services of Baloise Bank. We ensure that our customers at the locations Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen, and Dornach, as well as through all direct channels such as email or messenger, receive first-class service. For this dynamic setup, we are looking for individuals who appreciate direct contact and can flexibly move between the advisory desk, telephone, and digital channels.
- You act as the first point of contact and ensure an outstanding customer experience – primarily at the advisory desk in Solothurn.
- You provide competent advice in basic banking, ensure smooth processing of counter business together with the team, and refer to our specialist departments if necessary.
- You seamlessly support the areas of inbound, outbound, and on-site in our other customer zones (Olten, Grenchen, Dornach).
- You actively participate in service, sales, and customer retention campaigns and generate leads.
- You contribute proactively and help to continuously optimise our processes.
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training in the banking or financial services environment.
- Solid practical experience in customer service (customer zone, inbound or contact centre).
- Confident German language skills. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Confident handling of digital communication channels; Avaloq knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility for assignments at our decentralised locations.
- Structured working style combined with high empathy and initiative.
Collaboration that makes a difference
We believe in collaboration on equal footing, mutual trust, and people who want to take responsibility. Different perspectives help us develop better solutions – for our customers as well as for us as a team.
