The Ennetsee Nursing Center is located in the middle of Cham yet in a quiet environment. Thanks to the homely furnishings, the nursing center exudes a warm atmosphere.
With 90 beds for residents requiring medium to intensive care across 4 floors, the nursing center is of a manageable size, so residents and guests never feel lost but always personally cared for and well looked after.
To support us, we are looking for a motivated, upbeat leadership personality in a deputy position starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- You are jointly responsible for a nursing department with approximately 14 residents
- You participate and work in the interdisciplinary team
- Active participation in nursing is also part of your responsibilities
- Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of daily activities
- Ensuring complete and up-to-date nursing documentation
- Assisting in goal-oriented leadership and promotion of employees according to professional, social, and economic principles
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, nursing, and training regulations
- Co-responsible for implementing nursing concepts and guidelines in the department
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Diploma in Nursing HF
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Organizational skills and communication ability
- Strong quality and service awareness
- Solid Office skills
- RAI-NH coordinator desirable (we have already switched to InterRAI LTCF)
