Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the success and reputation of our stunning alpine hotel? As Director of Style, you will report directly to the Director of rooms and be at the heart of our brand's vibrant presence within the team. 

You will be the driving force behind the organization of the Style department, managing talent schedules, hotel cleaning plans, inventory, cost tracking, brand standards adherence, and team training and development. Your keen eye for detail ensures that rooms, public spaces, and the core of the hotel are impeccably maintained, meeting the high standards of the W brand. 

The Style department is a cornerstone of W hotels, making your role essential in delivering the exceptional W experience to our guests. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE  

Solid experience in managing a housekeeping department in a 5-star hotel or resort. 

Exceptional attention to detail. 

Fluent in French and English. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Strong team spirit with a passion for attracting, developing, and retaining talent. 

Flexibility and adaptability. 

Strong management skills. 

A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance. 

A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
