Apprenticeship as a Specialist in Health EFZ (Spitex Regional) - Start of Training: August 2026

Every year, many young people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks, kitchen staff EBA, health specialists (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hospitality and household specialists EFZ and EBA, as well as merchants.

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of care places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with about 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.

The Spitex Regional is an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Basic care, treatment care, and support in simple to stable complex situations of our clients

• Carrying out household tasks for the clients

• Performance recording and progress documentation

• Medication management

• Completion of compulsory schooling

• Good German skills (at least level B2)

• Careful and precise working method

• Team and communication skills, good manners, and sociability
