About the job
To strengthen our secretarial team in Medical Diagnostics, we are looking for a Medical Secretary from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Medical Secretary Medical Diagnostics

- Reception and care of patients
- Organisation and coordination of the consultation hours
- Writing medical and insurance reports
- Service recording and administrative processing
- Telephone and written correspondence with general practitioners, patients and insurance companies
- General secretarial and administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Training as a medical secretary or MPA and professional experience in the medical field
- Very good German skills and confidence in medical terminology
- Enjoyment in empathetic interaction with patients
- Organisational talent and a structured, reliable way of working, team spirit as well as a solution-oriented and committed personality
