Your tasks
Communication & Content:
- Social Media (Storytelling & Design): You plan and create visuals, texts, and campaigns for our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Newsletter) focusing on our "Future of Work" program. You will likely create a new TikTok channel and manage it independently.
- Content Coordination: You act as the interface between the marketing and program teams to prepare exciting content for the Impact Hub channels.
- Website: You keep our website and other channels (Hub App, Screens) up to date on a project basis.
- Program Promotion: You support communication for programs and distribute content beyond our own channels (partner network, universities,
- etc.)
Event Logistics & Operations
- Event Logistics: You assist in organizing catering, create materials (slides, name tags, agendas), and help research participants.
- Hosting: You support project managers at events on site and possibly take over your own small formats from the community (e.g., weekly "Language Speaking Tables").
