We are looking for a Technical Cleanroom Operator for our headquarters in Losone.
Your main tasks
The main task of the technical operator is to manage the cleaning and treatment of mechanical components in a controlled environment (clean room). You will be responsible for using specific machinery and equipment to remove contaminants from metal surfaces and precision assemblies.
The main tasks in this role are:
- Perform cleaning operations according to cleanroom operating procedures
- Use dedicated cleaning machines (ultrasonic, industrial washing machines, solvent systems, etc.)
- Monitor process parameters and manage related documentation
- Collaborate with the production and quality control team to ensure the required standards are met
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance in the workplace according to current regulations
Your profile
The requirements for performing these tasks are as follows:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in similar activities (e.g., technical cleaning, surface treatment, assembly in clean rooms or similar sectors)
- Good manual skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with controlled environments (e.g., ISO Class 6/5 or equivalent)
- Knowledge of basic safety regulations and cleanroom working practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
