We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Product Owner / Project Management Support with strong technical understanding in software development. In this role, you are the right hand of our PO/PM team, working at the interface between technology, product management, and communication.
- Technical configuration & data maintenance: working with JSON structures and MongoDB
- CMS management: configuration and maintenance of Sanity
- Hosting & infrastructure: managing website hosting, servers, AWS, and DNS settings
- Support & coordination: handling requests in the service desk and coordinating with internal teams
- Quality assurance: bug testing, recording error reports, and coordinating with guest care & development team
- System configuration: maintaining InfoSnow configurations
- Documentation: documenting processes, workflows, and configurations in Confluence
- Interface work: communicating with internal and external stakeholders to clearly define and advance tasks and requirements
- Accompanying software development: supporting software development from requirements definition through testing to successful implementation.
- Completed training or studies in IT, software development, business informatics, or comparable fields
- Very good technical understanding, ideally first experience with JSON, databases, or web hosting
- High initiative – you recognize what needs to be done and tackle it before anyone has to ask
- Strong communication skills – you proactively approach people and ask the right questions
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
