Area of activity
As a Shift Coordinator, you are at the intersection of guests, your colleagues, and the management team. Your responsibilities include:
- organizing and successfully managing the scheduling process
- maintaining a favorable environment for our guests and employees, especially regarding safety
- ensuring high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in the restaurant on a daily basis, as well as supporting kitchen teams during busy situations, behind the counter or in the restaurant. In short, wherever you are indispensable.
