• Experience in managing and motivating a team, preferably in retail or hospitality

• You are ready to take co-responsibility for your branch and its results.
• You have the ability to stay calm and focus on your goals, even in stressful situations.
• You are flexible, working 5 days a week and ready to work on Saturdays.
