As an Education Manager, you make scientific findings tangible and translate them into impactful learning experiences. In this way, you empower our global community with solid knowledge that builds trust, enhances performance, and promotes sustainable well-being.

• You develop and structure high-quality educational content across various formats (video, text, courses, app-based learning formats).
• You translate scientific findings into understandable, engaging, and didactically sound learning experiences.
• You design and maintain a consistent learning architecture across all formats and platforms.
• You conduct trainings and workshops (online & offline) and represent BLACKROLL's expertise confidently and credibly.
• You research relevant scientific findings and integrate them to ensure quality and continuous development of the content.
• You manage education projects end-to-end, ensure uniform quality standards, and work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to scale the education ecosystem.

Your Profile

• You have a strong professional background in sports science, physiotherapy, training, or a related health or performance field.
• You have a solid understanding of movement, recovery, and health and combine theory with a practical perspective.
• You prepare complex content in an understandable and didactically sound way and have experience creating educational content (e.g., courses, workshops, videos, digital formats).
• You work scientifically based and quality-oriented and understand the impact of educational content on engagement and trust.
• You are a confident communicator, appearing confidently in front of the camera as well as in trainings and workshops.
• You bring strong organizational and project management skills and confidently coordinate cross-functional projects.
