For our team in the maternity ward, we are looking for a committed and friendly personality starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

• Holistic, respectful care of pregnant and birthing women and their partners
• Coordinating and organizing all tasks in the delivery room
• Responsibility for the individual and holistic care, counseling, and support of families before, during, and after birth
• Vocational trainer for midwifery bachelor students
• Care of the young family during the postpartum period and close cooperation with nursing staff
• Interdisciplinary care of surgical and medical patients

• Completed training as a certified midwife HF / FH or equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland, additional nursing training is an advantage
• Committed and empathetic personality with a high sense of responsibility and joy in the profession
• Flexible, resilient, and reliable – you keep an overview even in challenging situations
• Team player with a positive attitude and a flair for good cooperation with gynecologists, postpartum team, and acute ward
• Enjoyment in training and mentoring students
• Future-oriented thinking, professional midwifery understanding, and a strong awareness of quality and customer orientation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on all shifts
