- You lead the team of train drivers at the Brig and Oberwald locations and take on operational tours as a train driver
- You ensure a safe, punctual, and customer-friendly railway operation of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn
- You recruit, accompany, and support new employees and promote development within the team
- You regularly conduct employee interviews and organize team meetings
- You support the Head of Train Personnel in various working groups and contribute your ideas
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a train driver and bring very good operational and technical knowledge
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading teams
- You are customer-oriented, service-strong, and have a pronounced safety awareness
- You communicate clearly, are resilient, and gladly take on responsibility
- You work independently, flexibly, and are ready for irregular working hours
- You have good computer user skills
