What you can achieve
- You ensure timely and high-quality goods preparation as well as customer delivery
- You lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees according to the principle of Servant Leadership
- You plan and manage resources efficiently considering relevant KPIs
- You oversee route management and work closely with our transport service provider
- You further develop internal processes – based on Lean Management principles
- You accompany projects and support the introduction of SAP S/4HANA
- Together with the specialists, you ensure compliance with all applicable quality, safety standards, and GDP regulations
What you bring with you
- You have several years of experience in a similar role – including leadership experience in logistics or distribution environment
- You have completed training in logistics – ideally complemented by further education as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
- You are willing to work Saturdays (about once a month) and staggered working hours between 06:00-23:00
- You are an independent, assertive personality with joy in working with people
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are confident in using MS Office – SAP knowledge is a plus
