These are your main tasks.

You lead and support the employees of your shift and create a motivating, structured working environment

You set up CNC milling processes, optimize setup procedures, and support process improvements

You perform first article inspections and release production processes through double checks

You coordinate production orders regarding their progress, hand them over to your team, and ensure smooth operations

You monitor running controls according to the processing management's specifications and document them in Babtec

You ensure that quality and production data are fully archived

You pay attention to quality, safety, efficiency, and act as a role model for your team

This is what you bring with you.

Completed technical basic training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic, or comparable)

Solid experience in CNC milling, ideally with Siemens controls

Initial leadership experience or motivation to take the next steps

Enjoyment in guiding employees and achieving goals together

High quality standards, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking

Good German skills in spoken and written form, English is a plus

Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
