Your Tasks (40% management tasks / 40 - 50% certified nursing professional HF)
- You support the Head of Nursing in all operational, personnel, and administrative tasks
- Representation during absences in meetings and committees
- You plan the shifts of the day staff for all three nursing stations and are the first contact person for recruitment in the nursing department and ward psychology
- You lead Station B/P (private ward) professionally and personnel-wise in a triadic management
- Participation in committees and projects
- You are co-responsible for a professional nursing process and ensure the quality of care on the ward
- You work in day shifts and take on direct key worker duties
- You accompany HF students during their internship on the ward
Your Profile
- Nursing diploma training in psychiatry and further education in management
- Several years of leadership experience
- Initiative, communicative, structured personality with joy and motivation to take responsibility
- SVEB1 or willingness to complete the training
- Interest in economic aspects
- Very good organizational skills
- Team player (m/f/d)
- You are interested in actively further developing nursing
