Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)

• You will warmly and competently welcome our patients in our newly equipped practice rooms and be responsible for the associated administrative tasks
• You will work in fixed shifts (without weekends and holidays), answer telephone inquiries, and schedule patient appointments
• Furthermore, you will carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures such as blood draws, vaccinations, infusion therapies, and CTG
• Using the hospital information system KISIM, you will document all prescriptions, measures or interventions, as well as billing, and engage in the continuous optimization of treatment processes

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant
• The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
• You maintain an overview even in hectic moments
• Conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work as well as very good IT skills are among your strengths
