• Conducting business analyses across all business areas of RUAG Real Estate AG
• Responsibility for planning, controlling, and successful implementation of change initiatives, strategic initiatives, and transformation projects
• Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams
• Independent resource management in close collaboration with the respective departments
• Active stakeholder management as well as creation of target group-oriented reports
• Design and implementation of change management as well as continuous improvement of project management processes

• Completed business administration studies (university, university of applied sciences) or technical training with business administration further education
• At least five years of professional experience, of which at least two years in project or subproject management
• Proven experience in the field of business engineering and business transformation
• Strong analytical and networked thinking skills, quick comprehension, as well as initiative as a team player
• Strong solution orientation as well as the ability to implement decisions effectively
• Solid experience in the use of agile project management methods and tools
• Very good communication and coordination skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
