As a Cost Controller, you help ensure that our costs for larger construction and other projects do not get out of control and stay in the "green zone".Your area of responsibility
- Processing and ensuring financial construction, investment, and project controlling
- Independent preparation of budget/forecast for construction projects and cost control
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation and evaluation of construction calculations
- Participation in controlling projects
- Preparation of ad-hoc evaluations and analyses
- Professional exchange and participation in meetings with our international clients
- Support of the Senior Controller in various projects
- Optimization of processes
Your skills
- Business administration training (Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Economist HF or federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent further training)
- 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry
- Very good Excel skills as well as Power BI (Business Intelligence), Abacus knowledge and ERP affinity are advantageous
- Affinity and enthusiasm for numbers, data, and finance
- Solid financial accounting knowledge in an SME environment
- German and English skills in spoken and written at C1 level
- Analytical thinking and acting ability as well as high commitment
- Independent, precise, and structured working style
- Open-minded and team-oriented personality
