We are looking for a dedicated specialist for the night shift immediately or by arrangement for the Housing Department 4 in Oberentfelden.
- You accompany our clients during the night and ensure a safe, calm environment
- You ensure individual and respectful basic care
- You support orientation and are present even in emotionally challenging situations
- You carefully keep progress and handover protocols
- You monitor the locking system and act according to our emergency plan in case of emergency
- You work closely with colleagues in the day shift, specialists, and external agencies
- A completed training as a specialist caregiver (disability area) or specialist nurse
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities
- A solution-oriented, reflective working style and enjoyment of independent work
- Resilience, confident demeanor, and a high sense of responsibility
- An appreciative attitude and genuine interest in the individual needs of people
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts
- Good PC user skills
