One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Always with the goal of enabling our residents the best possible quality of life.

As retirements are upcoming in our activation area, we are looking for reinforcement.

• Co-responsible for creating a meaningful quality of life for the residents
• Assisting in the implementation of current as well as new activation opportunities in everyday life
• Co-design and implementation of the care process
• Assisting in the documentation of the individual activation process and goal-oriented information within the team
• Co-responsible for planning and conducting activities in the area of living environment and daily life design in the residential areas and throughout the entire GAZK

• Completed LeA school, or willingness to attend it
• Great joy in working with elderly, care-dependent people
• High sense of responsibility and pronounced service orientation
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility in general collaboration
• Confident communication in German

• Versatile, demanding, and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated, and committed team
