Establishment and management of the newly created coordination office for external relations of the government council and the cantonal chancellery Management of the secretariat of the conference of department secretaries (DSK) Support of the head of chancellery services in various cross-sectional tasks of the cantonal chancellery, such as in the areas of controlling, finance, personnel, IT, and infrastructure Responsibility within the cantonal chancellery for topics related to IT and digital transformation Leadership and participation in projects and initiatives of the cantonal chancellery and the government council
University degree or relevant vocational training with topic-related further education (e.g., CAS public administration, Pat. legal agent) Several years of administrative experience as well as affinity for political processes and conditions of the political system Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration, high personal responsibility, and independence Strong language and communication skills, confidence in oral and written expression Organizational talent and flair for leading and accompanying projects and initiatives
