Your task is the maintenance and servicing of the IFE systems of our long-haul fleet. You diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions to ensure passenger entertainment and work closely with other teams to guarantee the highest service quality and safety.
- Maintenance work on the Inflight Entertainment System (IFE) and the Global Communication Suite (GCS) according to the specifications of EASA Part-66 and EASA Part-145
- Replacement of hardware components
- Media and software updates

We are looking for a person with technical training, ideally in electronics or aerospace engineering, with experience in inflight entertainment systems. Problem-solving thinking, technical affinity, teamwork skills, and strong communication are essential.
- Completed technical vocational training and at least 3 years of experience as a technician/electronics technician
- Good knowledge of audio/video and network systems
- Good handling of IT tools such as MS Office
- Motivated, flexible, cooperative, and reliable
- Enjoy working in a team
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to work early and late shifts including weekends
