For the management of the Cash Trading Foreign Exchange & Precious Metals (24h) team, we are looking for a charismatic leader with experience, expertise, and passion who actively tackles the challenges together with 9 employees and further develops the area.

Your tasks

Leadership and development of 9 employees on a professional and personal level
Responsibility and monitoring of foreign exchange and precious metals spot risks
Further development of relevant trends in the product and process landscape – active management of the transformation of electronic pricing and hedging of foreign exchange and precious metals cash risks
Organization of shifts in the 24h/5.5 operation
In coordination with the sales unit, responsibility for customer support during the night shift
Good understanding of front-to-back process chains and close coordination with the operations team

Your profile

University degree (university or university of applied sciences)
Several years of experience in trading foreign exchange and precious metals. Especially experience in analyzing spot transactions, optimizing execution strategies, and electronic risk management
Proven leadership experience and the ability to further develop employees and advance the area
Strong communication skills
Quick comprehension and a high technical affinity to successfully develop in the constantly changing trading environment •
Willingness to work shifts and on holidays
High self-motivation, above-average resilience, and pronounced team spirit
Knowledge and adherence to the FX Global Code and the Global Precious Metals Code
