About the job

In this operational role, you produce high-quality reagents for our diagnostic products, support production processes, and ensure order and quality in the laboratory environment. You report directly to the Lead Manager Production.

Your tasks – your opportunity

• Production of BÜHLMANN products according to internal specifications and applicable standards (ISO, IVD, GMP)
• Clean, complete documentation of all production steps
• Responsibility for the maintenance of production equipment, laboratory rooms, and raw material storage
• Support in troubleshooting production processes
• Participation in optimizations and efficiency improvements in production
• Support in cleanroom production
• Active involvement in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Operation of machines as well as execution of purely manual work steps
• Willingness to work in shifts

Your profile – what you bring

• Completed training in Biology/Biochemistry BSc/Master or equivalent
• Knowledge of operating FPLC devices (especially ÄKTA GO or similar) / protein purification necessary
• Knowledge of performing prokaryotic-based protein expressions is an advantage
• Experience working under GMP, GLP, or comparable regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office, email, internet)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Reliable, careful, independent, and team-oriented personality
