Group Leader Care

A position as group leader in the Sonnenberg care team, for 81.14% or 41 WS
Working days Monday to Friday

What we expect from you

As a group leader, you bring professional experience in school-based care, have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe K) or as social pedagogues HF/FH, and enjoy working with diversity and different cultures. You are motivated to participatively accompany and support students in mixed-age groups (1st kindergarten - 6th grade) in their social learning. You have a balanced and resilient personality and are ready for close and constructive collaboration within the entire school and care team.

Regular pedagogical exchanges take place within the team, and you will be supported by the care management. Additionally, you can help shape the networking between school and care.
