Responsible Specialist/ Specialist in Accounting 80 - 100%

Due to an upcoming retirement in the finance department, we are looking for you as of April 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Independent management of financial accounting; general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
• Management of the electronic accounts payable workflow
• Execution of dunning and receivables management
• Preparation of the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Preparation and support of the statutory audit
• VAT returns with sales reconciliation
• Process responsibility for defined ICS processes and execution of ICS controls
• Preparation of financial evaluations and statistics

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience with proven performance in independently managing accounting
• Closing expertise according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Good ERP knowledge and proficient use of MS Office programs
• Structured and independent working style with high quality and service orientation
• Enjoyment in contact with internal and external contacts
