Your tasks

• Taking over and processing SME openings from the digital onboarding path in the Service Center
• Handling administrative tasks: opening capital deposit accounts, opening business relationships for SMEs, processing written inquiries and orders, including handling customer-related pending issues as well as conducting clarifications in telephone customer contact.

What you bring

• Commercial basic training, preferably banking training (e.g. CYP)
• Professional experience along the entire SME process (end-to-end)
• Knowledge of dealing with regulatory requirements (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
• Analytical skills, effective working style, high self-motivation & customer orientation
• Affinity for digital channels is an advantage
• Team player with very good communication skills in German and French mandatory; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
