For Locarno we are looking from 1.08.2026 for our new Youngstar specializing in "Creating shopping experiences"

Your responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers, be able to respond to their needs during the sales interview
• Analyze customers' needs and offer suitable solutions
• Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Manage and handle repairs, returns, complaints
• Be able to identify developments and new trends in retail and apply them daily
• Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by IT systems
• Communicate through various channels
• Work within different teams

Your profile

• You can easily interact with people, even if you don't know them. You know how to convince people with positive and winning manners
• You will be able to convey your innate sense of trends
• You have completed your secondary school with good grades
• You can communicate in a foreign language
• You have taken the Multicheck dedicated to retail professionals and obtained an overall "sufficient" result
• You are willing to work Saturdays and evenings
