- Strategic conception and further development of nursing support activities and care processes, as well as adjacent interfaces
- Operational team leadership in day-to-day business
- Structuring and standardization of processes
- Deployment and vacation planning of employees
- Independent and regular exchange with ward and function managers
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training
- Initial leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Knowledge in handling IT and communication devices
- Medical-nursing background, ideally experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in project management is desirable
- High social and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High resilience
