With your expertise and curiosity, you make an important contribution to the energy supply in Oberaargau.
In customer service, you take on a central hub function: you are the first point of contact for our customers, handle a variety of concerns, and ensure professional service – at the counter, on the phone, and in the back office.
You can expect a varied workday with direct customer contact, clear processes, and a well-coordinated team. Even in demanding situations, you remain friendly, courteous, and solution-oriented. As the face of IBL, you shape the first impression and contribute significantly to a positive customer experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
You bring with you
- a completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience in customer service
- very good oral and written German skills; additional languages are an advantage
- a customer-oriented, positive, and beneficial personality that values personal customer contact.
- a strong and clear way of expressing yourself, with which you answer customer inquiries understandably and convincingly
- a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel inquiries
- confident handling of MS Office applications
You are enthusiastic about
- being the first point of contact for our customers and answering a variety of concerns on the phone and at the counter.
- handling the daily customer service business for the municipality of Langenthal as well as for other operational management clients.
- recording and processing change notifications such as moves or ownership changes and ensuring careful, timely processing in our systems.
- actively supporting the collection process.
- being in proactive communication with authorities, municipalities, and administrations.
- processing data within the framework of meter readings.
- supporting the team as needed in various processes and projects.
