Health Specialist EFZ (Children's Ward)

In child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (KJPP) in Männedorf, children aged 5 to 15 with mental disorders are treated and cared for on two wards and a day clinic by an interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutically oriented setting. The Center for Child Psychiatry "Brüschhalde" at the Männedorf location has a modern infrastructure with a generously designed outdoor area. It is located in the recreational area between the Pfannenstiel region and Lake Zurich.
The treatment offer for our young patients includes a ward for short interventions and therapies and three psychotherapy wards with different treatment focuses. Each ward has eight treatment places available.

Your tasks
- Caring for and supporting children in a milieu-therapeutically oriented setting
- General nursing and educational activities in cooperation with qualified professionals in shift work
- Implementing the nursing process
- Support in working with reference persons
- Cross-ward medication management
- Assisting in coping with crisis situations
- Performing administrative tasks and reporting
Your profile
- Completed and recognized vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably with children and adolescents
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and high resilience
- Organizational skills
- Good PC user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
