Deputy Shift Leader Warehouse Logistics 100% (m/f/d)

• You support the shift leader and take over their tasks as needed.
• You ensure the daily recording of important performance data.
• You coordinate goods receipt, order picking, and loading.
• You are also responsible for truck movements on the company premises.
• As a warehouse logistics professional, you actively support employees in their work when needed.
• You assist with warehouse inspections and inventories, ensuring compliance with our high-quality standards.
• You stay on top of daily operations and ensure the flow of information to all involved parties.
• Training and supervising all work in warehouse logistics is part of your duties, as well as participating in load securing and other courses.

• You have completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ and are well versed in the world of warehouse logistics. A qualification as a logistics specialist FA would be desirable.
• You are between 25 and 40 years old and have already gained some leadership experience.
• PC skills and proficient use of Office programs are a prerequisite.
• Some leadership experience would be desirable and would complete the profile.
• You are solution-oriented and like to take responsibility.
• You feel comfortable even when things get a bit hectic.
• You have a good grasp and can quickly recognize and solve connections and tasks.
• Ideally, you have completed training as a hazardous goods officer and/or safety assistant or are willing to do so.
• You master the German language perfectly in spoken and written form; French is an advantage.
