Your future challenges and stakes are multiple:

As a Head Waiter/Waitress H/F/X, you ensure efficient and courteous service while respecting procedures, with a concern for optimal satisfaction and in accordance with the standards of the MGallery Collection brand.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be:

• Ensure attentive and personalized service, ensuring compliance with MGallery Collection standards, procedures, and current HACCP hygiene standards within the hotel;
• Take charge of setting up your section and ensure its cleanliness;
• Advise customers on the choice of dishes and wines;
• Work closely with the kitchen team to guarantee perfect synchronization;
• Know the services offered by the hotel, inform customers upon request, encourage them to use them, and direct them to the right service to make a reservation;
• Participate in the training of junior waitstaff and pass on your know-how.

• Significant experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury establishment.
• Professional training in Catering
• Excellent communication skills and customer service sense.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (mastery of a third language is a plus).
• Mastery of service techniques and HACCP standards.
• Passion for gastronomy and knowledge of wines.
