Our approximately 150 employees work in a demanding environment that offers many individual development opportunities and is characterized by a collegial atmosphere. To complement our reception team, we are immediately or by arrangement looking for a wellness receptionist. The total required personnel exceeds 100%, so we want to split the position between two people. The workload per person is flexible and can vary between approximately 40-100%.

Your versatile tasks

• Warm welcome of our wellness guests and expert introduction to the "Akari Spa"

• Processing personal, telephone, and written reservation requests for wellness services such as massages, cosmetic treatments, etc.

• Scheduling services in the booking system "TAC"

• Final posting and billing of the services provided

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and at least one year of experience in a similar position

• Organizational skills to sensibly plan treatments and assignments of wellness staff

• Open personality who enjoys dealing with guests and recognizes customer wishes

• Flexibility (weekend shifts) as well as very good German and English skills
