- Ensuring comprehensive care and support of patients (m/f/d) on the ward
- Supporting and living interdisciplinary and cross-professional collaboration
- Proper documentation of all activities
- Communication with relatives (m/f/d), all relevant professional groups, and supervisors
- Constructive cooperation in the multiprofessional team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or curative education nurse (m/f/d)
- Resilience, independent working style, as well as patient- and result-orientation
- Willingness to participate in regular further training
- Willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
- Team spirit, commitment, and initiative
