For our Facility Management (FM) operations organization at the Winterthur location (Technikum Campus), we are looking for an experienced leader who enjoys close collaboration with the FM team, specialists, and users. In this management position, you will take responsibility for the following main tasks, which you will perform independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility:
- Ensuring professional facility services for our departments as internal customers
- Managing the building services with 7 employees as well as a construction-responsible project manager
- Direct contact person for our customers and suppliers on site
- Leading operational projects, participating in project teams, specialist groups, and development processes
- Controlling and monitoring external suppliers and service providers, especially cleaning providers
- Budgeting, personnel planning, and ongoing cost control
- Operation and preservation of the cantonal properties and facilities on the campus
- Active co-design of our FM operating model on the developing campus
To fulfill this demanding task, we expect a completed vocational training with advanced education in FM, e.g., as FM and Maintenance Manager (HF). You have entrepreneurial skills, several years of leadership experience, and solid knowledge in operating larger properties and areas. Confident handling of digital work and information systems helps you manage services efficiently and keep an overview.
Your strengths include a high degree of personal responsibility, teamwork, pronounced customer orientation, and a courteous, authentic demeanor. You also demonstrate a high level of organizational talent, solution orientation, and enthusiasm for innovation. This way, you represent our FM as a strong implementation service partner on site.
English skills and residence in the Winterthur region are advantageous.
