Your task is demanding and versatile.
As a mature leader – no, we do not mean your age – you bring the most diverse expectations into harmony. You absolutely need this ability as a process leader for integration and pension. Why? In this role, you are responsible for one of five process lines that carry out integration services and pension clarifications. You accompany about 10,000 clients with health limitations through life – of course, not alone. You are supported by three team leaders, three specialists, one expert, and around 50 employees.
You are an inspiring and integrative leader with a strong understanding of business contexts. Moreover, your enthusiasm for innovative technologies flows into your work, and you gladly discover opportunities for automation and digitalization. As the "subject lead" for this topic, you coordinate and plan the corresponding efforts in working groups and projects within the IV office.

For this demanding position, we expect a completed university-level degree (Uni/FH) in a related field and ideally additional training in digitalization and automation. You bring solid leadership experience in the insurance sector, have a positive view of people, and a healthy critical perspective on yourself. You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, open to change, and handle different interests constructively. Thanks to your pronounced management skills, you excel at drawing the right conclusions from key figure reports, implementing appropriate measures, and efficiently organizing processes within the IV office team. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference.
