«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare center, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.

Your tasks

Personnel, professional and organizational management of physiotherapy (a total of 4 employees and 1 FH student)
Offering needs-based, effective, appropriate, and economical medical care according to KVG
Independent patient management with assessment and implementation of patient-centered therapies as well as their documentation and evaluation
Treatment of residents and external patients in the specialist areas of geriatrics, rehabilitation, neurology, orthopedics, internal medicine, and palliative care
Close interprofessional collaboration and therapy management reports

You bring with you

Completed training as a physiotherapist FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
Leadership experience or willingness to complete a leadership course
Joy in the profession, fun at work, and passion for geriatrics
Empathetic and customer-oriented personality
Commitment to successful teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
Expertise in geriatrics and neurology or willingness to further educate in this area
Participation in the training of FH students
